The library is closed from August 21st, 2009 through September 20th, 2009. We will reopen September 21st, 2009 at 7:00 am.
You can place requests for items through our online catalog and access the online databases when the library is closed as long as you are registered for Fall classes. Summit will also be available. Staff will contact you to arrange a time to pick up requested items if your email or phone number is valid. Please cancel requests for anything you no longer need.
Please use the outside return boxes if you have items to return. There is a drive-up box located on the sidewalk next to the parking lot in front of Gaiser Hall. For audiovisual items, use the designated box for audiovisual items outside the library entrance please. There is a box there for returning books too. These are retrieved daily throughout the week.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Information
Interlibrary loan (ILL) service for books and articles via the electronic ILL form will be unavailable from 8/21/09 – 9/20/09. During this time, faculty and staff may still submit requests using one of the following options:
1. Send an email with the *required* information to obtain your book or article to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Fill out a paper copy of the ILL form and send it via campus mail to Interlibrary Loan at mailstop LIB 112
3. Call Cheryl Mancini at 992-2559 with the *required* information to obtain your book or article
*Books- full title, author and phone number to arrange pick-up of books when they arrive. An ISBN is also helpful, if available.
*Articles- full journal title, full article title, volume, issue, the starting page of the desired article and a valid email address for article delivery.
