The library will be closed starting March 21st and will reopen at 7:00 a.m. on April 6th. All books that are checked out now will be due during the break. You can renew your books online or return them during the break.
When the library is closed please return items to the outside return boxes. These boxes are checked once a day during the week.
NOTE: One return box is along the Green parking lot west entrance just north of Gaiser Hall, and two are right outside the library entrance. One of these is designated for audiovisual materials and the other for books.
During the break faculty and staff may gain entrance to the library by calling x2504. To meet with a particular person, please call ahead to make sure the person is available.
Only items submitted on or before March 30th will be ready for student use when classes begin. However, you may place items on reserve any time during the quarter. Please allow 3 weekdays to process materials.
· Send the reserve material with form(s) to Alyssa Hagen at LIB 112 or bring them to the library.
· For electronic reserves watch your inbox for an email with the persistent link to your page and a password to distribute to your students.
The library has over 1,500 videos and DVDs which may be used in the classroom that can be delivered right to your mailbox! We encourage faculty to book videos well in advance to ensure availability and reduce scheduling conflicts.
