Video Bookings and Reserve Materials UPDATE!

Our Video Booking/Reserve Technician position is currently vacant and is currently being handled by part-time staff, so be sure to follow the instructions below to have your reserves materials and video bookings processed in a timely manner.
The library will be closed starting August 20th and will reopen at 7:00 a.m. on September 21st. During the break faculty and staff may gain entrance to the library by calling x2504. To meet with a particular person, please call ahead to make sure the person is available.
Reserve materials information:
Only items submitted on or before September 15th will be ready for student use when classes begin. However, you may place items on reserve any time during the quarter. Please allow 3 weekdays to process materials.
To place items on course reserve:
• Fill out the Cannell Library Course Reserve form: http://www.clark.edu/Library/PDF/reserve_request_form.pdf. Forms are also available from the check out desk at the library.
• Bring the reserve material with form(s) to the library.
• For electronic reserves, send an email with your document attached do ccl@clark.edu or bring copies to the library check out desk. Check your inbox for confirmation and additional information.
Video Bookings:
The library has over 1,500 videos and DVDs which may be used in the classroom that can be delivered right to your mailbox! We encourage faculty to book videos well in advance to ensure availability and reduce scheduling conflicts.
