What are the different types of eLearning Courses?

Online-Online courses are delivered via the Internet using Blackboard. To learn more about how an online class works visit the Blackboard Orientation Tutorials.

Hybrid-Hybrid courses are a combination of online and face-to-face classroom time.

Telecourse-Telecourses use videos to deliver most if not all of the class content.

Teleweb-Teleweb courses use a combination of video and online assignments.

Is eLearning for Right for You?

eLearning classes are not for everyone! Some people learn best through face-to-face interaction with instructors and fellow students. In an eLearning class, most, if not all, interaction takes place through written assignments, discussion board messages and email.

While eLearning classes give you the freedom to complete educational goals while working and taking care of family responsibilities, it does require that you discipline yourself to meet course requirements.
